01. STAGE
COMPLAINT

The first stage of the process begins with filing of the complaint through a form, which may be uploaded in bulk for brokers and processors, or individually by the insured.

02. ANALYSIS
STAGE

Here, we introduce our servers Homero y Burns, who will be in charge of identifying the uploaded documents, validating the veracity of the data including fraudulent or missing documentation, and finally extracting information to give way to the calculation of the settlement and determination of the payment.

03. SETTLEMENT
STAGE

With the information collected, the process will continue its course towards the analysis and verification of all the business rules established by the company. 

LISA will be in charge of updating the provision amount for the  company and at the same time, the insuredwill be notified of their settlement in real time. Decreasing the overall traditional settlement time by 80%.

04. PAYMENT
STAGE

The last stage of the entire process, the  settlement  payment  is  issued to  for dispursment.

LISA will evaluate the NPS based on the experience of the insured throughout its process.

LISA automates each of the stages in the settlement processes, from the complaint to the payment to the insured through its payment platform and technology.
